The Space
The entrance to the property opens up to a spacious hallway with seating and a desk area.
To the right of the hallway is the beautiful farmhouse kitchen which is fully equipped and with top Smeg appliances. For the winter months there is a lovely log fire. Off of the kitchen is a spacious dining room which seats up to 8 people – there are two sets of double doors one opens out onto the outside kitchen area and the other to the front of the house, overlooking the beautiful gardens and outside dining area.
The outside kitchen features a Gozney pizza oven and a top of the range BBQ grill.
Back inside the property – to the left of the hallway is a stunning open plan living room furnished to a high standard and with a 90 inch Samsung TV.
To the first floor of the property there are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people.
The main bedroom has a super king size bed
The second bedroom has a double bed with a small double on the mezzanine floor – please note the mezzanine bed is only suitable for adults.
The third bedroom is a double bed
The bathroom has a large open shower and WC

Other Things To Note
The Farmhouse is located amongst 2 other properties, The Cabin – which is opposite and the Black Barn which is behind.
The Cabin is open to book for additional guests and sleeps up to another 2 people
The barn is our family home, so you may see us arriving/leaving. We ask that you are respectful of our home and to keep the noise down after midnight.
Please also note – we are on the flight path to East Midlands airport and you may hear the aeroplanes overhead (although we are used to it and it does not bother us we provide earplugs for you should you want to use them).
